MATT SHEPHERD - Manager

Matt Shepherd is also back at Kandahar Racing as the joint manager and treasurer. He’s a fully qualified IVSI and UKCP level 3 coach and BASI 2 instructor. His competitive CV includes 4 years on the Scottish National Ski Team (1996-2000), British & Scottish Schoolboys Champion 1996, multiple medalist at the British Junior Championships, multiple Army and Inter Services Overall Champion and 7 times undefeated Army Downhill Champion 2007-13. Matt’s coaching and managerial roles include positions at Aberdeen Ski Club while studying at Edinburgh Uni, Head Coach of the BSA, British Childrens Team coach at a variety of international events and Army & Inter Services Ski Teams captain, manager and head coach. Originally from Aberdeen, Matt now lives in Cheltenham with his family and is helping to manage and coach Kandahar Racing on a voluntary basis.
