Child Welfare Officer (CWO)

Millie Barker is the K Racing Child Welfare Officer  (CWO)

Millie has worked with young people in education settings for over 20 years.  She is currently a Housemistress at Oundle School and has served as a Trustee for Oundle Mencap Holidays.  In both roles, the safeguarding of young people has been central to her work and professional development.
